Aunque present\u00f3 una reclamaci\u00f3n de indemnizaci\u00f3n por accidente laboral, la compa\u00f1\u00eda le deneg\u00f3 la cobertura por participar en payasadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo ayudamos<\/strong><br \/>\nHay un pu\u00f1ado de situaciones en las que la llamada \u201cregla de las payasadas\u201d no es excusa para denegar la cobertura de la indemnizaci\u00f3n por accidente de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, Juan no estaba jugando en ese momento, era una v\u00edctima.
